Stretch & Flexi
The main goal of STRETCHING classes is to increase the overall flexibility of the body.
The lessons are focused on active flexibility of the whole body. You can look forward to morning and evening classes. Waking up, strengthening and stretching. The focus of the classes will alternate - legs & back/shoulders.
The regular inclusion of stretching leads to an increase, or at least maintenance of range of motion in the joints, increasing stretch and flexibility. Increase muscle and tendon resistance, improve coordination between muscle groups.
The courses are recommended for anyone with a sedentary job. Also those who are serious about pole dance/ aerial hoop as flexibility comes in handy at higher levels.
