Have you been doing yoga for a while, but feel like you're a perpetual beginner? Or do you want to start yoga but don't know where or how? Then we look forward to seeing you! In the first classes we will go over the basics such as Sun Salutations, energizing and purifying ujjayi breath, points of support in postures, and then start building on these foundations.
Over the course of three months, you will deepen your practice, gain more flexibility, stability and strength. And not only in the body, but also in the mind. You will learn five ancient breathing techniques (some calming, some energizing, some rejuvenating) and try out the vast majority of yoga postures (asanas) that exist. It is said that the practice of yoga serves as a laboratory where we learn about ourselves so that we can transfer what we learn into our daily lives and live with greater ease, joy and equanimity.
