A regular three-month beginner/advanced course dedicated to the handstand from the very basics to the final handstand stamina.

We emphasize understanding the technical proportions of the exercise, strength and stretching training, and motor posture. The exercises will strengthen the brachial plexus and significantly develop shoulder mobility.

The course includes 12 follow-up lessons between which you must practice the practices of the previous lessons 2-3 times a week for sufficient progress.
